ToolMate AI (ABN: 12 456 352 027) provides a subscription software platform (QuoteMate and SafetyMate) to trades and construction businesses in Australia. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card numbers — Stripe handles that directly and securely.
We use privacy-respecting product analytics to understand which features are used and to improve the platform (for example, how many documents are generated, or where sign-ups drop off). We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell analytics data. The marketing website may use the same basic, aggregate analytics.
Retention: we keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete individual documents in the app at any time. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data, except records we must keep by law (e.g. tax/payment records, typically up to 7 years).

Important: Anthropic (Claude AI) does not use API inputs to train its models. Text you submit is processed to generate your output and is not used to train AI.
